:Pinched muscles in your lower back can be prseisng on the nerves going to your legs to cause the pain in those three areas like that. You have to release the muscles in your back to get rid of this pain and here’s how to do that:Back:(do from a sitting position)Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

:Hi Chgofit,My heart goes out to you and I just wish we had more answers about why there seems to be this conmig and going of symptoms for quite some time. I agree with Maria that the articles and people who I have been in contact gradually over time continue to get better and better but there always seem to be relapses along this road to recovery. I know you are a very fit person have you been exercising a lot? I know that I have to be careful about overdoing things I was very fit before my injections and now at 15 months I am still very careful about not doing too much at once ..also wanted to ask if you find symptoms flare up just before your period? I seem to get my jaw pain and headaches back just before mine starts (although the symptoms are still much milder compared to what I had). Please hang in there Maria made reference to an article that discussed the longterm psychological damage this stuff does it makes sense because we have all been through a nightmare that seems to last for months or years and even though I know I am making progress physically mentally I still find it very challenging trying to cope with ANY symptoms returning ..even if they are much milder. I have started to keep a diary of what symptoms I feel on each day so that I can see that they are happening less and less and that helps me to mentally deal with the return of symptoms. I have followed your journey from realself forum and I know you have been through so much I am thinking of you and really hoping that this relapse passes very soon x
