:quote from a newspaper rorept: “Of course, the exhilarating back story is complete fiction, created by the artist and Artichoke Creative Company.Cutting-edge fiber-optics, not a 3,000 mile tunnel lined with mirrors, create this jaw-dropping artistic example of “steam punk.” …Pads and markers are available at the device so you can commuincate with people across the pond. Posting cell phone numbers and chatting with strangers on the other side of the lens has become quite popular.”It’s up until June 15 and it’s open 24 hours. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was invited to tea. I responded by inviting the British folks on the other side of the lens to come cross the Brooklyn Bridge. It was fun.
:There’s nothing like that today. I’m more opitmtsiic about the solar idea, because the wind idea seems to violate some basic laws of thermodynamics. There is a maximum percentage of the wind’s energy that a turbine can capture, and that’s nowhere near 100%. So trying to harest the energy of wind rushing by a passing car would slow the car down more than the energy one could retrieve.Solar paint exists, but is too inefficient today to be of practical use. Development continues. If someone is able to make a cheap solar paint, it will benefit not only cars, but everything. You could paint it on the umbrellas over restaurant tables. On tents. On every rooftop. The energy from solar would not carry today’s heavy cars very far. Prototype electric cars targeted at solar tend to be very light, and get 2-5 miles per kWh. That’s 10-15 miles on a day’s charge, usable in some situations. The solar would not supply enough to continuously drive the car, unfortunately.
:No. Air drag is one of the chief components in auto eciecfinfy. What you describe would increase air drag.As far as the solar part goes most cars have about 12 square feet of surface in the sun when the car is in the sun. 12 square feet can produce 900 watts. In four hours that would be 2700 Watt hours. A gallon of gasoline is about 37,000 Watt hours. What means is is that it is going to take over 100 days to produce the energy of one gallon of gasoline and everything has to be perfect.
:I’m sure it couldn’t have been an easy doisicen, but we became teachers because it is a part of who we are, who we were meant to be. I always tell people “The heart wants what it wants.” Obviously, your heart wanted to be back with the kids. How fortunate for them to have such an amazing educator to work with. As for being a classroom teacher with an amazing PLN, I can assure you…nothing beats it!! I know if I’m struggling or having a horrible day, I can hop on Twitter or Plurk at ANY time – day or night – and someone, somewhere in the world will be there to listen and offer support. The same holds true when I have something amazing to share, because those will happen too.I can’t imagine just relying on the people I work with at school for support, we don’t really seem to make time for each other like we should. But I can always find strength and support from one thousand other people willing to make time for someone they may not even know. How amazing is that! The long and the short of it….Congratulations, Lee! Welcome back…we’re right behind you!!
:if you use the same glue the carpet guys use and wedge it into the hole, you sohuld be able to make it look pretty flush. but you cant vacuum it until the glue is really really dry. I used superglue and it worked not the carpet guy stuff .and the carpet fibers getting sucked up is probably from where the outside of the whole is and the outside of where you cut the previous peice using some glue around the outer edge of the piece your using to replace it may help keep the fabric from getting sucked up. Hope this helps some. :0 good luck. http://ldvmavktx.com rasehuswio [link=http://irtytrjvaf.com]irtytrjvaf[/link]
:you must cut out the carpet all the way thguorh the backing even if you have to cut it bigger then take the exact same size piece including backing and glue in place.after it has dried take your hand and move the fibers back and forth both directions until it blends in better.they usually use a skate that has moving metal bristles that comb the carpet into place .but you should be able to do this by hand on such a small place.don’t expect it to look perfect .but after i sits and is vacuumed it wont be as quite as noticeable.
:Cut the piece of the extra carpet you have ,then place shnppiog bag under the hole and put small quantity of glue with brush under the carpet to stick the bag with the old portion and glue for the patch, now place the cut piece on the hole and press it with some weight for at least 12 hours and it will stay there and will be patched.Use the glue used for bonding vinyl tiles to the floor
:cut the hole thorugh the baknicg otherwise the new piece will be too high. Hot glue the existing carpet to the padding Do not use too much glue or it will clump the carpet fibers together and make a bigger mess. Then glue the piece to the padding using the same hot glue gun. After a couple of minutes you can use a scissors to trim the carpet patch level. http://wwpampha.com fcoqjdvku [link=http://sazwzztt.com]sazwzztt[/link]
:Try and find another place with the same caerpt,(in a closet or behind a cabinet or someplace) then cut out a square patch of the damaged area and a matching square of the hidden spot ,you can use double sided tape to keep the patch down,It won’t be perfect but will be very close.Good luck
:you were on the right track, the piece you cut out to plug the gap, use serious glue to stick it to a piece of thick coarbadrd a circle of it about 6 inches diameter then glue the coarbadrd to the underside of your good carpet, thats what i did and it worked http://jbswgukl.com qhaulyqeqmk [link=http://uqydvjvc.com]uqydvjvc[/link]
